Add Additional Insured to your Policy

You have four options for adding additional insured to your policy.  The fastest way is through our self-registration process.  Basically you log into the customer portal, enter the additional insured information and the certificate is emailed to you immediately.  To choose this option, click here.

Second is to complete the online form and the certificate will be emailed with 24-48 hours.  This process is probably the easiest but not the quickest.  To choose this option, click here.

Third, you can call 888-868-1164, extension #1 and leave the information on our voicemail system.  We will email the certificate to you within 24-48 hours.  Please leave the name of your school, phone number and email address, name and address of the additional insured and their email address if you would like it sent direct to them.  We will send a copy to you also.

Lastly, you can send the same information as an email to don@karateinsurance.com.  Again, we will send you the certificate in 24-48 hours of when it is requested.
